Technical difficulties interrupting your flow? We're really sorry for any inconvenience! Our Web team are always working hard to improve the existing functionality of the TouchNote website, as well as bringing new features to improve the user experience, but sometimes things can go wrong.
Please check out the info below for some troubleshooting steps that can help to resolve the most common technical issues.
We generally recommend using Google Chrome for the smoothest user experience, though TouchNote should be fully functional across all browsers.
If encountering technical issues on the website, as a first step we recommend to try clearing the cache and cookies from your browser. To do so on Google Chrome, you can tap on the icon immediately to the left of the URL (pictured below), and select 'Site settings' from the options that appear.
In the settings page that opens up, select 'Delete data' and then tap 'Delete' in the next confirmation pop-up.
Using another browser? While we do recommend Google Chrome, check out step-by-step instructions on how to clear the cache on other browsers here.
Note: Clearing the cache and cookies will immediately sign you out. Please be aware that it will delete any drafts in progress, as these are stored locally in your browser's data.
