I can't log in or find my account

No problem - If you can’t log in, start by resetting your password.

To reset your password:
1. Go to the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Tap 'Forgot Password'
4. Follow the link in the email we send you

If you haven’t received the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you’re using the correct email address

If your account looks empty, you may be logged into a different account. This can happen if you originally signed up using another email address, or one of the Apple, Google, or Facebook sign-in methods.


If you still can’t access your account, contact us at help@touchnote.com  with any email addresses you may have used and we’ll help find it.
