We print and post all orders on or by the next working day, and you can follow the progress directly from your Order History.

Express delivery options are not currently available, however please see the information below for estimated delivery times around the world. Please note that we're unfortunately unable to provide tracking information for cards once they've been shipped.

UK: 1-3 working days

Germany: 1-3 working days

USA: 3-7 working days

Canada: 7-10 working days

Australia: 3-5 working days
Rest of Europe: 3-6 working days
Rest of the World: 5-10 working days

Order Status still 'Printing'? Occasionally a visual error can occur, leaving your card appearing stuck in the printing stage. Please rest assured this doesn't affect the printing and posting of your card!

Here's what you can do to resolve this issue:

1. Sign out and back in: Logging out of your TouchNote accout and then signing back in can help push through an update to the status of your order.

2. Check for app updates: If you're using an older version of the app, this can cause issues. Please check the App Store/Play Store for any available updates and install the latest version.

3. Reinstall the app: If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app by following these steps:

  • Uninstall the TouchNote app
  • Restart your device
  • Reinstall the TouchNote app
  • Sign back in

Please note that logging out or uninstalling the app will clear any drafts in progress, as these are stored locally on your device, so you will need to recreate them after signing back in.

If you've tried the steps above and the status is still showing as 'Printing', please contact us at help@touchnote.com, let us know your order number, and we'll be happy to assist further!
