How do I track my order, or know if my gift has been delivered?
You can check the status of your order anytime in your Order History. Here’s what each status means:
Created: Your order has been placed but not yet processed.
Ordered: Your payment has been taken and your order is now being printed or prepared. At this stage, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes.
Posted: Your order has been dispatched and is now with Royal Mail.
Expected by: This is the estimated delivery date for your order—please note it's not a guaranteed delivery day.
Gift orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days, though it can occasionally take a little longer. If it’s been more than 7 working days and your order still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us at help@touchnote.com with your order details, and we’ll be happy to help.
While we’re unable to track cards once they’re in the post, we may be able to provide more tracking details for gifts. Just email us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
Can I cancel, change or return my gift?
Because we want your gift to arrive as quickly as possible, we begin processing your order immediately after payment. This means we’re unable to cancel or make changes once you’ve checked out, so we recommend double-checking all details before placing your order.
Please also note that all our cards are custom-made and printed especially for you, so we’re unable to accept returns on cards.
If you're unhappy with your gift purchase, you have 14 days to return it. However, please note that some of our gifts—such as perishable items—may not be eligible for return.

Will my card and gift be sent together?
Yes, your card and gift will be sent together and should arrive to recipient's address within 2-4 working days.
Can I send a gift abroad?
At the moment, our gifting selection is only available for delivery within the United Kingdom. If your account isn’t set to the UK or you’re sending a gift outside the UK, you won’t see the option to add a gift with your card.
