How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account.

To cancel:
1. Click here to view your membership details
2. Tap ‘Cancel membership’

Once cancelled:
- You won’t be charged again
- Any remaining credits will stay in your account until your membership ends

Before you go, just a reminder that your membership includes:
- Extra personalised touches such as custom stamps and map locations
- Lower card prices compared to pay-as-you-go
- Discounts on credit pack purchases

If you’d prefer to keep your membership but need a hand with anything, we’re here to help.
