When you get in touch, please use the email address linked to your TouchNote account so we can verify the request.
Deleting your account will remove:
- Your saved account details
- Your address book
- Your order history
- Any remaining credits
Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, or fraud-prevention reasons.
If you only want to stop receiving emails, you don't need to delete your account. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or update your reminder preferences instead - click here to find out how.
