Need to check your address book, make changes, or delete a contact? Here's how you can view and manage your address book, set up helpful reminders and send a card to APO, FPO, or BFPO addresses!

About your Address Book

Your home address is where your cards will be sent when addressed to yourself.

To add a new contact in the TouchNote App, go to Contacts > Add New Contact. From here, you can:

• Add an address manually, or;
• Import contacts (iOS only) by clicking on Import Contacts. This allows you to quickly add people from your device’s contact list directly into your TouchNote address book.

To edit or delete a contact, go to Contacts, select the contact you'd like to update, then click on the three-dots in the top right corner. From there, you can choose to either Edit or Delete the contact. 

You can also add contacts to your address book directly through our website. There are two ways to do this:

• Add a new contact manually
• Upload a CSV file (this option is available on the website only)

Just head to your address book by clicking here.

To add a contact, click on “Add a new address.”

To upload multiple addresses, click on “Upload Address List” and upload your CSV file.

Reminders

Reminders can be set added to give you a little nudge when it's time to send a card to your contacts for special occasions. We’ll send you a friendly reminder via email.

To set up a reminder:

• Go to Contacts and select the contact you'd like to set a reminder for.
• Click on "Add Reminder".
• Choose from a list of occasions (e.g. birthday, anniversary), or create your own special occasion.
• Select the date and click on "Save Reminder".

That's it! We’ll send you an email reminder ahead of the occasion so you never miss a chance to send a thoughtful card.

Sending military mail to an APO, FPO, or BFPO address?

If you're sending to an APO, FPO or BFPO address, the format is slightly different from a standard address.

For the most up-to-date guidance, we recommend checking:

• USPS Military Mail guidelines (for APO/FPO addresses)
• British Forces Post Office guidelines (for BFPO addresses)
