What do I do if my card hasn't arrived?

We print and post all orders as quickly as we can, because we want your special moments to reach the recipient as swiftly as possible.


Some orders can experience delays in the postal system which are beyond our control. Whilst we don’t receive tracking information from the postal services, our customer support team are on hand at help@touchnote.com to assist you. All we need is your order number and confirmation of the recipient's address and we’ll look into it right away!
