What do I do if my card hasn't arrived?

We're really sorry for any inconvenience! 


We print and post all orders as quickly as we can, because we want your special moments to reach the recipient as swiftly as possible.


Unfortunately some orders can experience delays in the postal system where they're beyond our control, and we don't have access to tracking information once cards have been shipped.




Think something's gone wrong?  We're happy to reprint and repost your order, free of charge!
