We print and post all orders on or by the next working day, and you can follow the progress directly from your Order History.
Express delivery options are not currently available. Every order now shows an estimated delivery date at checkout and in your Order History, which is the best guide to when your card will arrive, as cards can't be tracked once shipped. Postcards sent to US addresses also include delivery updates via push notification in the TouchNote app - find out more and download the app here.
UK: 2-4 days
USA: 5-10 days
Europe: 5-12 days
Australia: 8-14 days
New Zealand: 10-14 days
Canada: 11-15 days
Rest of the World: 11-15 days
Estimated delivery windows are in calendar days and include weekends and public holidays. These timeframes begin once your order is placed. You can check your order status in your account at any time.
