My Orders

You can view and manage your orders from your account.

From here, you can:
- Check the status of your order
- View order details
- See when your card was sent

Tap on 'Orders' in the app, or click here to navigate to your Order History if using the website.

Once an order has been sent to print (30 minutes after checkout), it can’t be edited or cancelled.

If you need help with an order, contact us at help@touchnote.com with your order number and we’ll take a look.
