Need to check your recent orders, make a change or had an issue with a recent order? Here's how to view your order history, find confirmation emails and manage your orders.
How do I view and manage my TouchNote orders?
If you're using the TouchNote mobile app, simply select the "Orders" tab at the bottom of the screen for access to your order history. Here you can select any individual order for more information as well as options to copy the card, add reminders or contact the support team.
If you're using the TouchNote website in your browser, click here to go straight to your order history! Alternatively you can access it any time from your Account Overview, found via the "Hey, [yourname]!" button at the top of the page.
I've placed an order, but haven't had a confirmation email
You should receive a "We've got your order" email from us, within a few hours of placing your order. Sometimes our emails can end up in your Junk/Spam folder, so please double check there if you can't immediately find it in your inbox!
If you haven't received a confirmation email at all, you can check the status of your order via your Order History, or email us at help@touchnote.com and we can help investigate further.
Can I edit or cancel my card after I've ordered it?
We print and post all cards as swiftly as possible, to get them on the way to you! However if you accidentally send too soon or want to make last-minute changes, you can edit or cancel your card within 30 minutes of ordering. To do so just head to your Order History and select the order in question, for access to available options.
What happens if I'm not happy with my order?
If something went wrong, or your card didn't meet your expectations, we're really sorry! We don't want anyone to be left disappointed or empty-handed, so please reach out and we'll do what we can to make it right.
