To view what plan you're on, how much you're paying, perk information and more, simply sign in to your account via the TouchNote app (available on both iOS and Android) and tap on the 'Membership' tab. Alternatively, click here and sign in to view more info via the website.

How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, navigate to the 'Membership' tab as laid out above, and then select 'Cancel membership' and confirm cancellation. Cancelling in this way cancels your plan from the next renewal date.
If your membership has recently renewed, email the team directly at help@touchnote.com and we'll help however we can!
How do I downgrade to a different plan?
