How do I manage my membership?

To view what plan you're on, how much you're paying, perk information and more, simply sign in to your account via the TouchNote app (available on both iOS and Android) and tap on the 'Membership' tab. Alternatively, click here and sign in to view more info via the website.


If you're unsure about the information in your membership, drop us an email and we'll be more than happy to answer any questions or clarify any details.



What if I want to change my plan, or cancel my membership?


If you're not sure whether your plan is right for you and you'd like to downgrade, options might vary depending on what plan you're currently on. Send our team an email at help@touchnote.com and we can talk through your options and help find what works best for you.


To cancel your membership, it's as simple as following the steps above to view your membership information (via the 'Membership' tab in-app, or by clicking here on web), and then selecting 'Cancel membership'.


Please note you may be asked why you're cancelling, and/or offered an optional discount if you'd like to continue your plan. To proceed with cancellation, simply click through and select 'Confirm & Cancel'. 


Please also note that cancelling in this way cancels your plan from the next renewal. Outside of a 14-day grace period, memberships are non-refundable, but if your membership has just renewed within the past 14 days and you meant to cancel, email us directly and we'll help however we can!
