Payments & Credits

There are two ways to pay for orders on TouchNote:
- Using credits
- Paying directly at checkout

Credits:
Credits are included with memberships or can be purchased separately.
- 1 credit = 1 postcard
- Credits are applied automatically at checkout
- Credits expire after 1 year

Direct payment:
If you don’t have credits, you can pay using a card or other available payment methods at checkout.

If your credits weren’t used, check:
- You’re logged into the correct account
- You have enough credits available

You can view your credit balance in your account at any time.
