Wondering how to pay, manage your saved payment methods or check your credit balance? Here's everything you need to know!


What type of payment methods you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.


Some minor payment methods may only be supported through PayPal. You’ll need to set up a PayPal account and complete your payment using that method.


Are my payment details saved?

Yes, your payment details are securely stored through our trusted third-party payment processor.


To delete a payment method, simply open the TouchNote app and go to Your Account, then Payment Methods - select the payment method you'd like to remove and follow the prompts.

Which currencies do you accept?

We accept the following currencies:

  • British Pounds (GBP)
  • Euros (EUR)
  • US Dollars (USD)*
  • Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Canadian Dollars (CAD)


The currency you're charged in will depend on your location settings within your account.


*Customers in all other countries (outside the listed regions) will be charged in USD.



What are credits, how many do I have, and how can I use them?

Credits are a form of payment which can be used to send cards with TouchNote.


Buying Credit Packs

You can purchase discounted credit packs, which may offer better value for you. To buy credits:

  • In the app: Tap the Credits tab and choose the amount you’d like to purchase (see image below).




On the website: Click on the Credits tab and follow the steps to complete your purchase (see image below).



Credits are added to your account immediately after purchase and are ready to use straight away.


Viewing Your Credit Balance

  • In the app: Your credit balance will be displayed at the top of the Credits page. In addition, you can tap History (top right corner) to view your transaction history, and expiry dates (see image below).



  • On the website: Your credit balance will be visible on your homepage (see image below).




Any accrued credits on your account will automatically be applied to your card orders at the checkout.

 


Can I pay for just one card instead of buying a credit pack?

Absolutely! You can pay for a single card without purchasing a credit pack. Simply place your order as usual, and at checkout, enter your payment details or select one of your saved payment methods to complete the purchase.
