My order is stuck in the Printing stage.

If your order status is showing as 'Ordered' or 'Printing' for longer than expected, it’s possible it's just a visual glitch, and please do rest assured this does not affect the actual dispatch of your card.


Here’s what you can do to resolve this issue:


1. Sign out and back in: Logging out of your TouchNote account and then signing back in can often update the postal status of your order.


2. Check for app updates: If you're using an older version of the app, this could be causing the glitch. Please check the App Store for any available updates and install the latest version.


3. Reinstall the app: If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app by following these steps:

  • Uninstall the TouchNote app.
  • Restart your device (this step is important).
  • Reinstall the TouchNote app.
  • Sign back in.


Important: Please note that logging out or uninstalling the app will delete any drafts you have. You'll need to recreate them after signing back in.
