Can I edit the address or message on my card after I've sent it?

We print and post our items within an hour of receiving them, as we want them to arrive as soon as possible! If you are within 30 minutes of ordering you can edit/cancel your order, though unfortunately past this time frame we can no longer change your order.

To edit/cancel your item within 30 minutes of ordering it, just click on the item on your order history, which can be found in your account on the app or website. 


You can also edit an address if you've made a mistake!

Please head over to your account and select 'My orders',



Once here, you will have the option to edit your order or cancel this.


When you cancel an order, we automatically refund you the credit equivalent back to your TouchNote account. 


These will be valid for one year from the date the order was cancelled.
