As a first step, we typically recommend to try clearing the cache and cookies from your web browser. It's a quick and easy process but can often be a magic fix! If you're on Google Chrome, you can click here to view instructions on how to do that, or simply follow the steps below:


Within Chrome, click the icon with three dots, located at the top right-hand corner of your screen. In the options that appear, hover over 'More Tools', and then click on 'Clear Browsing Data.'




Once you're there, select 'All time' from the dropdown menu labeled 'Time range.' 


This will clear your browsing history and may require you to sign in again to some sites, but will hopefully smooth out any issues you may be experiencing due to cached data.



If you're on a different browser, we do recommend giving Chrome a go for a smoother user experience, and you might find it helps make things a little easier!
