I have duplicated an order, how do I cancel the duplicate?

We're on it as soon as you hit order! 

All orders received during business hours are printed and posted within an hour to get them to you ASAP. However, if you realise you've made a duplicate order within 30 minutes, you can cancel it hassle-free.

Here's how:

  1. Go to your 'Account' and select 'My orders'. 
  2. You'll see options to copy, cancel, or edit the address. Choose 'cancel'.


     
  3. Confirm your selection.
     

When you cancel, we'll instantly refund the credits equivalent back to your TouchNote account. These credits are valid for one year from the date of cancellation.
