I’ve placed an order, but I haven’t had a confirmation email.

Confirmation emails are typically sent within 48 hours after you've placed your order.

If you don't find it in your inbox, please take a moment to check your junk/spam folder, as sometimes these emails may end up there.

In case you're unable to locate your confirmation email, we recommend checking your order's progress in your account's order history.

Here's how:


  1. Log in to your account and navigate to 'My orders.'

  1. You'll find your order listed there along with its timeline.

If a few days have passed and your order hasn't progressed to the 'Posted' stage, it's possible that your app may have come out of sync and may need to be refreshed.

We kindly ask you to log out and then log back in to your account, as this often resolves the issue.
