How do I view and manage my TouchNote orders?

Accessing Your Order History

When browsing from the web, accessing your order history is a breeze. Here's how:

  • Log in: Ensure you're logged into your TouchNote account on www.touchnote.com.
  • Navigate to Your Account: Head over to your Account section, by clicking on "Hey, [yourname]" at the top.
  • Select Order History: Once in your Account, click on the "Order History" option.


Alternatively, from the TouchNote app, navigate to the "Orders" tab to access the same information.




What You'll Find in Your Order History 


Here you'll find a comprehensive list of all your past orders, and the photos and designs you used. The accompanying order information will update as it progresses, to confirm when the order has been received, processed, printed and shipped. 



Important Note:

Do note that we aim to print and post all orders within 1 hour when received during business hours, or on the next working day otherwise. 


If you notice that your order has remained in the 'Ordered' or 'Processed' stage beyond this point, it may be that your order history has come out of sync, and we would ask you to please try signing out and back in to the TouchNote app on mobile to force a refresh and check out the updated status!
