How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

You can either unsubscribe from receiving all of our emails, or you can pick what emails you would like to receive from us.

When viewing a newsletter from us, scroll all the way to the bottom of the email and look for the options as highlighted in the screenshot below.

To unsubscribe from certain reminders or event emails, click the first highlighted link to be presented with a list of 'Opt-Out Preferences', to select which emails you would like to unsubscribe from.

If you want to unsubscribe from all newsletters, special offers and marketing communications, click the second highlighted link to be unsubscribed entirely!

After that you shouldn't receive any more marketing emails from us -- do note that you will still receive important service emails like order confirmations, updates to our terms and conditions, credit expiry notifications or anything else we might need to keep you informed of.
