My account is locked/I can't access it, what do I do?

Option 1: Password Reset Link

  • First, navigate to the TouchNote login page.
  • Click on the "Forgot Password" button.
  • You'll be prompted to confirm the email address associated with your TouchNote account.
  • Once you've entered your email address, click "Reset."
  • Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder, just in case) for a message from TouchNote.
  • Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and regain access to your account.

Option 2: Contact Customer Support

If you're unable to reset your password, can't access your emails, or encounter any difficulties then our dedicated customer support team is ready to help. However, to ensure the security of your account, we will need to verify your identity before we can give access.

When reaching out to us, please provide the following details:

  • Date and exact amount of the last charge on your account.
  • Last four digits of the card used for the last transaction.
  • Full billing name associated with your account.
