How to add an APO or FPO address to a TouchNote order

Want to send a postcard to friends or family serving in the US military? Here’s how to pop their APO or FPO address into the app or our website.

Please note this is for APO and FPO addresses only.

In “Street address” field:
Enter one of the following:
For Army, Navy and Marines: Enter Unit Number and Box Number
For Ships: Enter Ship Name and Hull Number.
For Air Force: Enter PSC Number and Box Number.

In “Apt, suit, other (optional)” field:
Enter optional military command or organization name (e.g., USAG J or 2/566 Postal Co.).

In the “City” field
Enter APO or FPO.

In the “State” field
Enter one of the following:
AE – for Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada
AA – for Armed Forces Americas
AP – for Armed Forces Pacific

In the “ZIP Code” field
Enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit. It must start with a 0 or 9.

In the “Country” field,
Use United States.
