My order is still showing as processing?

Sorry about that!


When the app shows you a status of 'Processing' or 'Ordered' on your order usually is a visual issue and hasn't affected the actual posting of your card.


We would advise that you try signing out and then back into your TouchNote account, as this should update this postal status.


You may also be using an older version of the app, which may be causing this glitch. And so, we always recommend checking if there is an update available for you within your App Store.


Please follow the below steps to reinstall your app:


- Uninstall TouchNote 
- Restart your device (this is an important step) 
- Reinstall TouchNote 
- Sign back in. 

Just so you know, either option (logging out or uninstalling) will delete your drafts, so you will need to recreate them once signed in again.
