Has my gift been delivered?

Our orders are sent via Royal Mail and sadly, we can’t track your order once it leaves us. This is why we only offer an estimated delivery date, as we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Because there is no tracking, Royal Mail doesn't let us know when it has been delivery and we are then unable to offer any specific updates.


The best way to check if something has been delivered is to check in with the recipient. If it's been more than 7 working days since your order has been dispatched and it still hasn't been delivered, please do let us know on this link and we will sort things out for you.
